Plans to travel to Chiang Mai ~ Accomodation

There is plan to travel to Chiang Mai, Thailand with friends and family. This is my first time travelling there though I have travelled to several countries as well as Bangkok. Feeling very excited..

I prefer to stay in new hotel if there is. And in Thailand, guess Boutique Hotel sound rather attractive.

Below are my shortlisted accommodation within budget and they are fairly new as of my knowledge in July 2011. This is sorted in accordance to the minimum starting price, in ascending order :

9/3 Moon Muang Rd., Pha Sing, Muang,  50200 Chiang Mai near the old city gates, Wangburapa Grand Hotel features an outdoor pool, massage services and free Wi-Fi. It offers comfortable air-conditioned rooms with a plasma TV,200 metres away from the popular Sunday Walking Street, with its famous temples. Chiang Mai International Airport is 8 km away. less than 1yr old so everything is in excellent condition

100 Moo 1, Chiang Mai – Lamphun Rd., Nonghoi, Muang, 50000 Chiang Mai themed rooms,A 10-minute drive from the Night Bazaar,Walking Street are a 10-minute drive away,5-minute drive from Chiang Mai International Airport.
Hotel’s location is good on Mahidol Road, Nong Hoi Intersection. I can go to Central Airport Plaza and Night Bazaar in 10 minuites. Also not very far from Night Zafari, and Chiang Mai Zoo.
